Efficient Snow Relocation Services for Commercial Lots When Piling Isn’t Enough
Not all snow removal ends with a plowed lot. After large storms or back-to-back weather events, your property can become cluttered with snow piles that block parking spots, disrupt traffic flow, and limit visibility. When the piles are too big or the lot is too small, you need more than just plowing; you need professional snow hauling in Boonton, New Jersey, provided by a team that knows how to move mountains (of snow).
At The Slevin Group, we provide fast, organized snow relocation services for commercial properties across northern New Jersey. Based right in Boonton, we’re strategically positioned to respond quickly when your lot becomes overloaded. Our team is experienced in bucket loading, stacking, and full snow hauling, with all work performed only upon verbal or written approval and invoiced hourly by machine type and labor needs.
There are two primary ways we handle post-storm snow clearing:
- Curbline Bucket Loading: We use a bucket loader (not a standard plow) to pick up snow along curbs and push it farther back into designated areas, opening up parking and prep space for future storms.
- Full Haul-Away Services: On smaller sites or where space is limited, we load snow into dump trucks and haul it off-site entirely. For some clients, we relocate to on-site piles. For others, we clear snow completely to preserve lot space and improve sightlines.

Unlike typical plows, our bucket loaders can lift and move snow over curbs, a critical advantage when piles are causing safety or space issues. If needed, we also offer de-icing application after clearing to reduce hazards and keep surfaces safe.
Every site is different. That’s why we tailor our services to your layout, snow storage limitations, and risk factors. While snow hauling is most often billed hourly, smaller sites can be quoted with an all-inclusive flat rate. For critical operations like airports, stadiums, or high-traffic retail, snow melting machines may be an option, but these are specialized solutions for high-budget clients.
Whether you manage a shopping center, medical complex, apartment lot, or corporate facility, we’re ready to keep your site clean, accessible, and functional even after the biggest storms. No residential hauling. No guesswork. Just professional equipment, clear results, and a reliable team.

Per Push
When you pay per push, we set a rate based on snow accumulations. The driver measures the accumulation on your site and invoices accordingly. We consider each visit to your property as a "full plow." Multiple visits mean you receive multiple billings. Winter weather events that produce over 4" of accumulation usually require more than one visit from our team. This is ideal for retail businesses with zero tolerance for snow accumulations.
Per Storm
When you pay per storm, we set a rate based on snow accumulations for an entire winter weather event during a 24-hour period. Accumulations are measured by a third party (Weather Works) and invoiced accordingly. We typically visit sites more than once during a single event, and we return at the end of the storm to finish removing snow from curb edge to curb edge. This is best for businesses that can let the snow build up. No retail customers, just employees.
Annual Rate
The annual rate for an entire season of commercial snow removal is set before the winter season begins. We divide the total cost into five equal payments. Select the annual rate if you desire hassle-free snow and ice management throughout the season, no matter how many winter weather events we get. (We do have a 60" snow cap for the season.) Designed for associations seeking easier budgeting, this plan provides season-long coverage at a fixed rate.
