On-Site Visit and Analysis
Maintenance and Snow: We will provide an all-inclusive contract usually within 48 hours of our initial call. Prices will be based on our conversation, any specifications, and online map measurements. Upon budget approvals, we will meet for an on-site visit. During this visit, we will review items not seen online and discuss any special site considerations.
Design and Installation requests: We will perform an On-Site Visit and Analysis. For landscape design and installation projects, we'll review your property, listen to your concerns, and learn more about what you have in mind. We'll also have some ideas for you and can make suggestions that you may not have even considered. We'll take some photos and measurements to reference while we develop your personalized solution.

Proposal Presentation
We'll email you the proposal with photos, drawings, and materials within a week and are happy to answer any questions or make modifications as requested. In fact, questions and modifications are welcomed! Upon your approval, we'll create a schedule and order the necessary materials. For larger projects over $10,000, we'll collect one-third of the project cost.

We'll show up at the time scheduled and get to work! For larger projects, we'll collect another one-third of the total project cost. If you have any questions during the project, feel free to ask.
