Per Push
When you pay per push, we set a rate based on snow accumulations. The driver measures the accumulation on your site and invoices accordingly. We consider each visit to your property as a "full plow." Multiple visits mean you receive multiple billings. Winter weather events that produce over 4" of accumulation usually require more than one visit from our team.
Per Storm
When you pay per storm, we set a rate based on snow accumulations for an entire winter weather event during a 24-hour period. Accumulations are measured by a third party (Weather Works) and invoiced accordingly. We typically visit sites more than once during a single event, and we return at the end of the storm to finish removing snow from curb edge to curb edge.
Annual Rate
The annual rate for an entire season of commercial snow removal is set before the winter season begins. We divide the total cost into five equal payments. Select the annual rate if you desire hassle-free snow and ice management throughout the season, no matter how many winter weather events we get. (We do have a 60" snow cap for the season.)

On-Site Visit and Analysis
We will provide an all-inclusive contract usually within 48 hours of our initial call. Prices will be based on our conversation, any specifications, and online map measurements. Upon budget approvals, we will meet for an on-site visit. During this visit, we will review items not seen online and discuss any special site considerations.

Proposal Presentation
We'll email you the all-inclusive proposal/contract within a week and are happy to answer any questions or make modifications as requested. In fact, questions and modifications are welcomed! Check off your selected enhancements. Choose your payment options on the contract. Check, Credit card, or Zelle.

Implementation
During winter we monitor weather reports daily. We will self-dispatch and perform the work according to your contract.

Invoicing
Flat rate annual customers will be invoiced monthly. Per Storm and Per Push, customers will be invoiced at the end of every storm. Certified storm totals can be provided upon request. Our employees will use third-party service apps as required.
